Yes, we encourage mentors and mentees to add their role at IBR to their linked in pages.

They are, however our mentorship programme starts in October every year.

We ask mentors give a minimum of 30 minutes a month to meet with their mentor.

We are looking for black professionals who have secured a job within their chosen industry.

Mentor meetings can take place over the phone, zoom or Skype as well as in person.

We aim to pair according to industry, and job role, we also aim to pair by gender where possible to provide the most relatable experience.
