How long does the mentorship programme last?6 months, from October to April every year.

Is it free?Yes, there is no charge for mentors or mentees.

Are applications always open?They are, however our mentorship programme starts in October every year.

As a mentor how much time do I need to commit?We ask mentors give a minimum of 30 minutes a month to meet with their mentor.

What are the requirements to be a mentor?We are looking for black professionals who have secured a job within their chosen industry.

What if I live far away from my mentor?Mentor meetings can take place over the phone, zoom or Skype as well as in person.

How does the pairing process work?We aim to pair according to industry, and job role, we also aim to pair by gender where possible to provide the most relatable experience.
